The Culture & Compliance Initiative engages two of the most critical forces for putting values into practice. Research from leading scholars, such as Institute Academic Advisor Linda Trevinõ, have shown that organizations which combine strong compliance with a strong ethical culture tend to excel with respect to positive behavior.
While the letter of the law (compliance) is distinct from the spirit of the organization (culture), the two can mutually reinforce one another for greater benefit to the organization. This initiative will offer knowledge that leaders can use to build effective compliance operations, to foster an ethical culture, and to combine these efforts fruitfully.
